Our return policy details:
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● with original tags and packaging intact
Food items such as tea, chocolates, jams etc. are not returnable for health and safety reasons. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and tea cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal care items such as lotions or soap.
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 10 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this ten day-timeframe for a store credit.
Tracking your refund:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. English Country Market is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed once received at our store, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment. We will process as quickly as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from English Country Market that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a gift return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

English Country Market ships primarily through USPS, and we also utilize Fed Ex and UPS depending on the items in your shipment. We strive to ship promptly, sometimes there is a short delay for holidays or if we are waiting for a back ordered item on your order. We will notify you via email if we are waiting for an extended time for an item.. we have free shipping if your order total is $89 plus in the Continental US. Shipping rates depend on weight and will be calculated at checkout, starting at $4.95 light shipping.
